18 & Oak is a villa project designed for The Clover Greens golf retreat development off Hosur. The villas of various sizes have been designed with a singular objective – Alfresco living. The idea of outdoor living, experiencing the greenery, the flora and fauna of the surrounding dictate the design of the built environment. The spaces have been carefully crafted so as to blur lines between the inside and the outside. A seamless flow and intermixing of these elements happen between the built and the unbuilt.
