A vibrant mixed-use development situated in the vicinity of Bangalore International Airport, spanning 11 acres. The design philosophy is rooted in the concepts of "outdoor living" and "community living," creating a unique and inclusive environment.
The retail building, strategically located along the main road, serves as the first point of contact for visitors, establishing a strong identity for the project. The façade features striking portals, a distinctive design element that sets the tone for the architecture.
The residential towers, positioned behind the retail building, are carefully planned to ensure ample ventilation and natural light in all units throughout the day.
The development also features an elevated park at the stilt level, designed to be pedestrian-friendly and accessible to all. Amenities are thoughtfully distributed across the master plan, including a state-of-the-art 25,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, offering a range of amenities for residents to enjoy.
