The approach road of the 25A masterplan is flanked by a retail building on one side, while the residential zone incorporates “convertible shops” within the podium parking infrastructure, creating a vibrant and dynamic entry experience for the project.
At street level, vehicular traffic flows seamlessly across the masterplan, providing easy access to the parking podiums. Meanwhile, pedestrian zones are elevated to the podium levels, offering safe and inviting spaces for residents to relax and socialize.
The towers are strategically oriented to form large-scale nodes overlooking the landscaped podiums, fostering intimate neighborhood pockets within the expansive masterplan.
A lush green spine runs through the two podiums, visually connecting the first neighborhood to the second, culminating in a verdant park that hosts the primary amenities of the development.
The clubhouse is envisioned as a collection of sculptural structures overlooking this park. Nestled away from the city’s hustle and bustle, it offers residents an immersive outdoor living experience.
