Project status: Ongoing

The iconic clubhouse for the upcoming Godrej Woodland plotted development project in Bangalore is designed in a modern contemporary style with raw cement finishes and industrial metal roofing. The site location provides an uninterrupted view towards a lake with abundant lush greenery enveloping the building.

The architecture is achieved using exposed concrete shear walls and divided into a clubhouse & pavilion building connected by a metal & glass covered walkway. The massing and geometry make the structure stand out as monolithic elements and help integrate landscape into the space using courtyards and green walls.

The interior design direction focuses on a user centric approach, bringing in a warm and vibrant ambience into the neutral shell and helps activate the large volumes and outward looking courtyard spaces into communal hubs for gatherings. The careful layering of finishes, textures, lighting, and furniture help transform the space into a multi-functional recreational destination for the property.
