Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood in Bangalore, this project is adjacent to a developing mall. It features a thoughtfully designed residential and commercial building placed side by side, with separate access and vehicular circulation to ensure privacy for residents.
The residential units are centered around a communal courtyard, with amenities at the core and a sleek, minimalist facade. Meanwhile, the commercial building is designed with terracotta panel fenestrations, strategically positioned to welcome natural light from the East while minimizing harsh sunlight from the South and West.
Although part of a single structure, the distinct facades of both buildings create a unique identity for the project, seamlessly blending functionality and aesthetics.
